The Assistant's offline model files (Qwen2.5 1.5B / 3B Instruct, MLC q4f16_1 builds, and their WebGPU model libraries) are not
part of this site: the browser downloads them from huggingface.co/mlc-ai and github.com/mlc-ai/binary-mlc-llm-libs after the
visitor agrees (Qwen2.5 is published under the Apache-2.0 licence; see each model card).
